Sketchy Thursday

Hi everyone! Today is Sketchy Thursday on the Scraptastic Club Blog today. Susan Stringfellow put together an amazing sketch, and I decided to use it as inspiration for this card:

I used the February Feel Again Kit and add-on.

You can check how the other Design Team members interpreted the sketch HERE.

And since February is almost over, I wanted to share my last two cards using the February Feel Again Kit and Add-on.

We had a few birthdays to celebrate this month, so I created some quick and easy birthday cards.

Well, that it for me today. I should be back next week with some new cards using the March kit. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Fun with Washi Tape

Hey, everyone! Today I am sharing a card I made for the October Afternoon blog:

I designed the background using four different patterns of Washi Tape, two from the Daily Flash collection and two from the Farm Girl collection.

The embellishments I added are bits and pieces from Daily Flash, Snapshots, All Boy, Milk Money, and Woodland Park.

You can check out the tutorial on how I created it and find links to the products I used HERE on the OA blog.

More Feel Again Valentines

Hey everyone! With Valentine's Day almost here, I thought I would stop by and share a couple more cards I created using the Scraptastic Club Feel Again Kit and Add-on.

For the first card, I cut a heart using my Cricut Expression® 2 machine and Create a Critter 2 cartridge, added a little stitching, and embellished it with die cuts and stickers from the kits.

For my second card, I also used my Cricut Expression® 2 machine and flowers cuts from Sweet Treats, along with die cuts and a border sticker from the kits.

I am just loving this kit and I have been busy creating more cards with it. I will be back to show you those ones at a later date.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Scraptastic Club

Hey everyone! I just recently joined a new design team for Scraptastic Club. They offer three amazing kits with add-ons, stamps, and exclusive items each month: one for all of you who Project Life scappers and two regular scrapbook kits. I am really excited to be creating with their kits each month!

I had my first blog post on the Scraptastic Club blog today with some Valentine cards using the Feel Again kit and add-on.

There were SO many die cuts included in the kits that made it ideal for making a bunch of Valentines and making them quick and easy.

The kits came with a wonderful selection of cardstock, paper, and embellishments. So if you are in the market for a monthly kit, I would definitely check them out.

I hope you enjoyed today's projects. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hearts, Hearts, and More Hearts

Hey everyone! I have a post on the October Afternoon blog today featuring a new sketch I created. (You can see it HERE.)

I created a card using the sketch:

I used papers and embellishments from a few of the Daily Flash collections (Girl Talk, Milk Money, and Apple Cider), along with a couple of buttons and some baker's twine from Travel Girl, Rocket Age, and Sidewalks. I cut out multiple hearts in varying sizes to go with the sketch using my Cricut Expression® 2 machine and Something to Celebrate cartridge.

Don't the colors just make you happy?! I love them.

I hope you enjoyed today's project and that you get a chance to check out the sketch. Thanks so much for stopping by!
