A House of Cards

Hope everyone had a...

very Happy Holiday! We sure did. We shared lots of presents, ate lots of food, and spent lots of time with loved ones. I know it is going to be hard getting back into a routine next week. I will try not to even thing about it.

I have a few things to share with you today. First thing is a fun little card I did using Magistical Memories chipboard. I have had this Birthday Hat mini album for quite a while now. I really have to be in the mood to do one, and I didn't see it happening any time soon. So I thought I would use it for a fun birthday card. I went a little overboard on the sewing (as usual ;) ), but if you skipped that step, it would be very easy to recreate. Such a fun shape for a card!

The next three are my December Provo Craft projects.

The first is a kids' craft. I cut out the shapes with my Cricut Expression, painted the cardstock with Delta Ceramcoat Sparkle Glaze, glued the pieces together, and strung the lights on silver elastic cord.

The next is a winter card. For this I used my Cuttlebug machine, Olivia alphabet dies, and the snowman and snowflake dies from my winter die set. I love this color combo for winter.

The last card is a card of encouragement. For this, I used my Coluzzle frame template, Cuttlebug machine, Olivia alphabet dies, Rob & Bob paper, and felt flower.

Well, that is it for me today. If I don't make it back before, I hope you all have a safe and wonderful new year. Hugs!

It has been a long time...

since I updated my blog. Almost a month. YIKES! I guess life has just gotten in the way. Lots of school activities with the kids, lots of projects to do, and just plain laziness. Gotta take a break when you can, right? ;) Well, I will try not to take this long until the next time.

Today, I will show you my projects from the November Self-Addressed kit. I think this was my favorite kit so far. (I usually say that every month.) I just loved the Sassafras Lass papers and the beautiful ribbon from the Dress It Up addition. Oh, and that little alterable house by Say It With Letters was just to fun too work with.
Well, it is getting late. I have more to show, but I will save it for another post. Don't want to bore you with a ton of stuff. If I don't see you before, I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed Christmas. Hugs!
